1. Among Zwillman's holdings was the Riviera Club, which, while under the management of Bill Miller, was known as "Bill Miller's Riviera." It was located on the top of the Palisades overlooking the Manhattan skyline. It had an open air casino. where patrons could could look up at the stars in the sky.

High rollers could gamble in the Gold Room, where the entry was virtually by face recognition, and a private restaurant was available for those high rollers with "gold" service. Zwillman owned and financed the Riviera Club and would often be seen in the casino hobnobbing with its well-heeled and often prominent patrons.
