1. Andrea said to
me for this memory that during the years following his sale of the business,
her father was recognized wherever he went. The "Millman" name,
Andrea recalled was known all over.
"As a teenager, I could go almost anywhere, mention that I was a Millman, and it was carte blanche. As I entered the dating arena, and after a movie, we wanted something to eat, we took a ride down to 'The Stand' as we called it. Most of my dates' parents not only ate there, but knew my parents. Some had even first met in the Millman's parking lot."
