5. In his third
year as a lawyer, Ellenstein advertised in the Souvenir Program of the
"First Annual Pre-Election Dance" of the recently formed Third
Ward Political Club.
The organization had approximately 300 members, mainly Third Ward businessmen and professionals. Ellenstein, then a resident of the Third Ward, included the word "MEMBER" in his advertisement.
